Return & Refund Policy
Reason for return:
1. You received a defective item or incorrect item. You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
2. Other returns: Item may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. You must contact us for ‘Return Authorization’. Return charge is 10%. Return charge may be waived if it is for exchange for an equal or higher amount. Item returned must be unused and in sellable conditions. Customer must pay freight Both ways.
Refund: Upon receiving your returned shipment, we will process your refund within two weeks.
